A product design system for a collaborative planning tool used by distributed creative teams.

The brief

The product had accumulated features quickly, but the interface lacked hierarchy and teams struggled to understand what required attention.

Our approach

We reorganised the product around decisions, ownership and time. A new design system reduced visual noise, clarified states and made complex project views easier to scan.

What changed

The redesign improved onboarding, reduced support questions and gave the internal team a consistent foundation for future features.

Complex tools become useful when the interface helps people decide what matters next.
